Return Policy (Online Orders)

At Stylo, all products are carefully checked before dispatch. We follow a strict no return & no refund policy.

Exceptions

Returns/replacements are accepted only if:
• You receive a damaged/defective item
• You receive a wrong product

Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
• A clear, continuous unboxing video is required
• Video must start before opening the package
• No cuts or edits allowed

❗ No return/exchange will be accepted without this video.

Time Limit
• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Important Note
• Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences
• This is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return

Resolution
• Approved cases will be offered a replacement or store credit (subject to availability)

All measurements are in centimeters. For the best fit, measure yourself at the fullest part of each area. If you fall between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort. Our fabrics have minimal stretch unless otherwise noted in the product description.
