Exceptions

Returns/replacements are accepted only if:
• You receive a damaged/defective item
• You receive a wrong product

Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
• A clear, continuous unboxing video is required
• Video must start before opening the package
• No cuts or edits allowed

❗ No return/exchange will be accepted without this video.

Time Limit
• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
